We just spent the weekend in Seattle and wow what eyepopping real estate prices. We took our kids to the Pacific Science Center which had a great Dinosaur exhibit. We thought, what a great place to live but after looking at the Real Estate prices and after picking outselves off the floor we have thought otherwise. The average price now in King County is $450,000. Let me tell you, there is some real junk that sells for that with all kinds of mold on the roof, poor wood etc. I guess that is the price when you need a city will the places for kids…

Three years ago I sold my first home without any Net resources. But it was very difficult for me. I heard that some services can publish ads about my home in the Internet. Can you help me to choose between Fizber and Trulia? Do you know anything about these services? My friend said that “Fizber” better than “Trulia”. But maybe he wasn’t right. So I need help.

There’s an architect by the name of Mike Reynolds out in the American southwest that has done some amazing things in this field. Google “Garbage Warrior” and you’ll find him.
